WHO WE ARE

‘The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others’ said Mahatma Gandhi. In fact he was echoing the sentiments of our scriptures. From time immemorial our ancestors have taught us:

These thoughts are the very ethos of our life, very essence of our existence. This has been our way of life. We have had many people who lived this way and brought changes for the better, in others’ lives. Members of one family who had inculcated above values decided to follow the footsteps of such noble souls and pledged themselves to this cause.

This led to the birth of Kaveri Seva Foundation (KSF) - a platform for the likeminded people to come together and create a positive impact on those lives who are in need of help.

is our epitome of great strength, spreading love and kindness to near and dear. Today, a large number of children, grand and great-grand children and so on follow her footsteps in believing the one true word of "Seva in Action" which is our philosophy.

Key objectives of Kaveri Seva Foundation (KSF) are:

OBJECTIVES

To help Orphanages, old age homes
To help specially abled children and Centres/Day schools/ Rehabilitation centres for such children
To help visually challenged children
To extend financial help to the people affected by natural calamities
To extend financial support to Primary health centres in villages by providing basic amenities like medicines, delivery kits, furniture and to other areas in rural development activities like Roads, schools, toilets etc.,
To support educational institutions to build toilets, set up reading rooms, libraries, purchase books, furniture, stationery and such other items required to run the school.
To grant, pay or give scholarships, stipends, prizes, rewards, and other financial assistance or help in cash or kind to students with a view to help them in pursuit of their studies in schools, colleges, educational institutions in India or abroad
